Who you work with

The person behind the ads.

Wik, founder of Cherry on Top Wik — Person behind the ads

I'm Wik, creative strategist. My job is finding the angle that makes your customer buy, and turning it into ads that prove it.

The part you're really paying for is the thinking: the research, the psychology, the why behind every concept. The design and the scripts come after, and they're only as good as the angle underneath.

The craft side is covered too. I spent years as a professional photographer, and my organic content on Pexels has passed 7 billion views. So when the angle is right, I also know how to make it look like something you can't scroll past.

At Cherry on Top you work with me directly. You brief me, I make your ads. That's it. And honestly, watching a brand take off is the best part of this job. Looking forward to doing it with yours.

Work with me

Statics

Straight from the ad account.

Video

Video that holds attention.

UGC, interviews, comparisons, podcast-style authority. Scripted, edited, and subtitled for the feed.

The approach

Fewer creatives. Harder hits.

Here's the cycle most DTC brands are trapped in. An agency pumps out ads, most of them flop, the brand foots the bill, and the answer is always more ads. Output goes up. Margins go down.

Meanwhile the question that decides everything goes unasked: what does your customer actually care about, and why do they buy?

That's a strategy problem. You can't produce your way out of it.

So I flip the order: research first, then scripts, then the editor. Before anything goes into production, I dig through your ad account, your competitors, Reddit, Amazon reviews, Quora, and post-purchase surveys, mapping the words customers use, what frustrates them, what they want, and how ready they are to buy.

What comes out is a smaller set of creatives with a much higher hit rate, built on real buyer psychology instead of guesses. You stay at the controls of the business. I handle the creative.

How it works

Brief me. I batch. You scale.

A simple loop, on repeat. You keep media buying; I keep the creative flowing.

1

Brief me

One kickoff call. I learn your brand, your angles, your winners and losers so far. Then I get out of your calendar.

2

I batch

A fresh batch of statics and video lands in your inbox, sized for feed, story, and reels, named and organized for launch.

3

You scale

I read the results with you, double down on winners, and fresh concepts keep coming. No stale creative, ever.

How I work

What actually happens.

01

Deep dive

I start inside your world: your ad account history, your reviews, the Reddit threads your customers actually write, and your competitors' ads. The output is a shortlist of angles worth testing.

02

Concepts

You get concepts pitched as clear angles: what I'm testing and why. You approve before anything gets produced. Every concept ships as three variations.

03

Production & delivery

Statics designed, videos scripted and edited. Everything sized, named, and organized, delivered ready to upload to your ad account.

04

Read & repeat

I look at the results with you, kill the losers, push the winners, and feed everything learned into the next batch.

Before you ask

Frequently asked, honestly answered.

How much does it cost?
It depends on how many concepts per month you need. Every concept comes as 3 tested variations. Book a quick call, tell me your spend level and goals, and you'll get a straight number on the spot. No proposals that take forever.
Do you run the ads too?
No, I'm creative only, on purpose. You (or your media buyer) keep full control of the ad account. I plug into your testing process and we read results together, but I never touch your budget.
How fast do you deliver?
Timelines are agreed on the call and depend on scope, but faster than you're used to from agencies. No six-week onboarding, no deck about the deck.
Who owns the files?
You do. Every delivered creative is yours forever, source files included on request. If you ever move on, everything stays with you.
What do you need from me?
Brand assets, product photos, and access to what's worked before. For video, I work with your existing footage and UGC, or brief creators for you. One kickoff call covers 90% of it.
What if the creative doesn't perform?
Then I treat it as data, not a failure. Every batch tests specific angles. When something loses, I know which angle to kill and which to push harder. That's the whole point of continuous batches instead of betting three months on one big idea. You'll never get radio silence after a bad week.
Can I really pause anytime?
Yes. Plans are month-to-month with no minimum term. Pause before your next billing date and pick back up whenever. Your brand guide and format library stay ready.

Let's put a cherry on it.

Tell me about your brand and your current creative. If it's a fit, I start with the research and your first concepts follow fast.
